She, like Brago's Representative from the original Conspiracy set, lets you vote additional times, so you'll probably get the result you want even if the rest of the table is against you

Although Banding was at this time still an ability, Banding is no more, but still, a 1/1 with Banding for a converted Mana cost of one is easily a rare you didnt want to get in your booster pack
