This card isn't as bad as Consult or Pact in my opinion, and once again it is a much lower priority for banning than those cards, as it requires a haste enabler to make it truly degenerate, or a way to flash it in at EOT before your untap step

This card was tricky to get a hold of due to the changes going on with the TCG and the Professor Program at the time, as it was Pokemon Company's first time running events on its own and this card does sadly lack the WotC charm that previous promos had
