Our sauted moose is much finer than the"sauted moose" you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. The sauted moose is made in the "real" way, i. e. we have taken a steak that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices. This results in large and fine, thinly sliced pieces. The meat is shipped vacuum packed and frozen.
