Lapis Tequila Añejo 750ml GTG Lágrimas del Valle Plata -Lapis Tequila Aejo is a tequila created by Enrique Fonseca, distilled at Tequilea, S. A. de C. V. in Lowlands El Valle, Tequila. It is cooked in Autoclave (low pressure) and crushed using a Screw Mill, Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1146 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80 proof).
