Obviously, with leads as fragile as 0. 5mm any attempt to write with the lead without some kind of support will result in it snapping, no matter how careful you are. That's where the Orenz's clever lead supporting tube comes in. The design uses a sliding tube that slowly retracts into the tip of the pencil as you're writing. As you write, the lead slowly wears down, and this tube follows the
