It's a pet nat: whole Baga berries co fermented with Maria Gomes and left to finish their bubbles in the bottle, ancestral style, with no sulfur added. Baga is Bairrada's brooding, tannic red grape, but bottled young and fizzy it goes bright and juicy, all strawberry and redcurrant.
