The plate is only marked England with the pattern number 981 but is definitely Colclough as I have handled quite a bit of the early production of 981 that starts to be marked in 1908

5 inches long and are electro silver plated with maker's marks and the British Registry Date symbol which I can't quite read for a pin point on the date
